Program Activities: Faculty and Curriculum Development There is a wide variation in proficiency among faculty members at Denison and Kenyon in terms of technological awareness, from totally inexperienced to very proficient. As a result of our earlier work there are several faculty members who are already using technology effectively in their courses. Others are unaware of the possibilities, or are unsure of the best way to learn about technology. This project has been designed to address the needs of all facultyfamiliarization for the beginner, training and development of technological expertise, and resources to permit collaborative development of applications for the proficient. Faculty will enter the process at different points according to their level of proficiency; thus, the three program components described below occur concurrently during the three-year project, so that we can reach as many faculty and students as possible. Our goal is to have two-thirds of faculty members from both colleges participate in at least two of the three components, or a total of approximately 200 in all. Three specific program elements address the needs of faculty: [ Current Projects | Faculty Grants | Program Calendar | Program
