Collaboration in Asian Studies: Language
Abstract:
This project aims to pilot the process of sharing faculty resources in language classes or in other advanced level classes where enrollments are often small. Language instruction in Japanese is a special concern at Denison. Advanced Chinese and Japanese, especially through the study of literature, is of special concern at Kenyon. In this pilot project, two classes -- one instructed from Kenyon, one instructed from Denison -- open to students on both campuses, will be attempted.
